Guiding Principles
Guiding principles are really the ten commandments of a company or organizational entity. They reveal how the company is and will operate. No matter how diverse and fluid the external environment may be, these guiding principles will be the rock solid foundation of how an organizational entity will operate. These principles should be aligned with the basic principles of life which are changeless and self evident to all of us.
GUIDING PRINCIPLES
1. Our chief goal is to contribute to making this world a better place to live in. We will direct our profit to the accomplishment of this goal. 2. We serve the needs of all our stake holders. 3. We will never make a commitment we cannot keep. 4. We will honor all commitment. 5. We will always strive to give our customer more than they expect. 6. We will always develop a partnership with our customer in developing solutions for saving them their investments, while making a fair profit for ourselves, and delivering a superior product. 7. We will honor and respect the confidentiality of any information pertaining to each customer. 8. We will strive to avoid all issues of conflict of interest that would be to the detriment of each customer. 9. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel business that we consider to be immoral, unethical and/or illegal. |
